Per William White, dilution is imminent. He confirmed 325,000,000 restricted shares would not be prevented from becoming free trading. That is why technicals mean absolutely nothing here with ANDI. ALL the positive bias charts in the world are NOT applicable with dilution in the future. Smart money knows this.
