In a nut shell....you will need those old restricted share holder sons' a' bitches to sell their shares...or a portion there of. That is the only form of liquidity I can see at this moment... through the next six Months minimal.

...any float less than one million is a liquidity death trap.

There is an option with those old restricted shares though that
may help with said liquidity issue.

I don't think it has anything to do with tacking

...just that if such was an affiliate

...and ceases to be an affiliate for over three Months(and such is already aged).
