They really can't. I've said before ..any float less than one million is a liquidity death trap. There is an option with those old restricted shares though that may help with said liquidity issue. I don't think it has anything to do with tacking...just that if such was an affiliate...and ceases to be an affiliate for over three Months(and such is already aged)....then all should be fine to remove said legend. I actually doubt that is even an issue though. Just remove the legend...when all is current. It should be aged...eh?

Rule 144 drives me crazy. It can be so simple....yet many times an attorney is needed to advise.
