Not only has that not happened the ACRL board has abandoned even paying for the two audits they are behind but only producing unaudited financial statements which make the company ineligible for BB, Nasdaq or even getting the Canadian Cease Trade Order lifted.
Glenn may be a g fine, polite man; unfortunately, he is a terrible CEO.
