Marzan,

I agree with you page 17 is indeed telling that they are working on unblinding.

The problem is there had been several notes like this and anytime they happened I bought more and then few weeks later the SP dropped and never recovered.

All longs will be happy to see the SP go up.
That will make me very wealthy.

But credibility of LP is very low.

I hope they answers Ike's questions and give a solid schedule for upcoming developments towards FDA and other jurisdiction applications

Yes Page 17 is foolproof that unblinding is in process.

There is absolutely nothing on Page 17 of the presentation that even suggests unblinding is "in process", as you say. Why do you make this false claim? It would seem to me that if the company were actually taking action to unblind the trial, that they would have no problem saying that data lock and unblinding are "in process" and even provide a rough timeline for how long the process will take. But that's not what they are saying at all. Here are the words on that slide:

Company remains blinded, working with experts towards data lock & unblinding

The words they use are carefully selected to imply that they are doing something and to build false hope in people like you, but the fact is that the words actually say they are doing nothing. The words say they are "working towards" doing something, not that they are actually doing something. You may think this is an insignificant distinction, but I can assure you it is not. I can assure you that every word they use about the status of this trial is very, very carefully chosen, because there is huge liability at stake.

In a press release two months ago Linda is quoted saying there are "good arguments" to keep the trial blinded. This is their way of signaling that nothing is going to happen, even though they are going to pretend as if something is happening. That's why they continue to use the phrase "working towards" doing something, not that they are actually "in the process" of doing something.

Many here seem to struggle with reading comprehension when it comes to words written by company lawyers. The lawyers use these words to trigger the confirmation bias in shareholders who desperately want to believe that unblinding is right around the corner. These same shareholders also tend to disregard data that does not fit their preferred narrative, and they ignore the fact that critical data has been withheld from them – for some reason.

I will say this again just so that it is part of the record as many times as possible: it seems clear and obvious to me that the company has no intention of unblinding this trial, at least not anytime soon. I expect that very soon they will begin trying to discreetly turn attention away from DCVax-L and toward Direct and other side projects. But their scheme will not work.
