Pretty much complete zero tolerance.

Nothing on TV or in press for sure.

Maybe in medical journals aimed at medical professionals.
But I'm not even sure about that.

So no pictures of smiling old folk, who have just spent their life savings on, ermm, whichever drug.

Mind you, ads for stairlifts and motorised buggies are allowed.
So lots of pics of smiling old folk being transported upstairs!

In the EU, which rules may still apply for now, the regulations on advertising and claims is extremely strict. They also don't really have the privatized drug market that we have... and the UK definitely not. I don't see advertising for a GBM drug is likely. Word of mouth and research will spread the word for a disease with as few options as GBM has.... advertising would not really be a good use of money.
