They are indeed sick people. Help me out if you can: As I understand it the patients aren't hospitalized but make a trip either once a week or every three weeks for chemo infusions. I shared your compliance concerns when I first heard that they had no monitoring of the thrice daily swish and spit but can't figure out where I read that the treatments were "self-reported"? Can you provide me the source for that?
"If it was me....I’d swish for double the time prescribed." Makes sense to me....I'm equally surprised that the approval process can be undertaken without any monitoring of the treatment. It will be interesting to see if the report of the minutes addresses that aspect of the protocol.
