Thanks for the insight. I think these trials are extremely slow as we first witnessed. These are really sick people :(

I also dislike the fact that since it is oral and patients can swish and spit at home, the data has to be so hard to validate compliance. I wish the patient would have to send or house a video on each time they used BOM so investigators can ensure the duration.

If it was me....I’d swish for double the time prescribed. Just because I’d be scared to death I would get SOM.
