I believe his sales are connected to 3 upcoming legal decisions.
1) California cases I think settle before end of Q1
2) patent cases IMO settle as early as Q2, we’ll know more once transcripts is available (Release of the Transcript Restriction is set for 4/16/2019.)
3) ITC case

The ITC ruling IMO will set a major legal precedent.

Kennedy sales should be planned before these events unfold.
