I agree with you that it is obvious that there will be more dilution and that Bannon never said anything to the contrary. While dilution is a huge problem, the current debt load is the even bigger problem. DRUS really has not put forth any concrete plans on intentions to grow revenue AND net income. Does DRUS have salespeople who are experienced in and focusing on growing the drone business? Drones are supposed to be a core business. Howco is a reseller and manufactures nothing in a marketplace that has heavy competition, making it difficult to grow. Acquisitions are unlikely as what lender would be willing to lend to grow under the current circumstances. I do not see how time is going to help.....they need decades not months to get this beast tamed. This is all my opinion, do your own due diligence.
