I would really like to take some time and put together an intelligent response to your post cuz you touch on interesting points that I think call for further information, information that I think has already been made available but is seldom discussed.

I'm nearly about out of free posts for the day so if I don't get back to this issue I will certainly address it tomorrow without fail. there's been interesting discourse on this page today and I'm very grateful for it.

I had promised yesterday to look into the questions posed to see if I could flush out any additional information. Here's what I have found out thus far in response.

Does drone USA have a sale staff with experience growing a drone company was one important question. The answer is yes. from 2016 to about the middle of 2018 the sales staff was able to increase contract sales roughly thirty fold. I think that's a noteworthy and significant.

A point was made about the lack of any information about a sales approach or strategy. As lengthy and as detailed as the most recent 10K was I must consider the possibility that there are some things that you do not put into a 10K for respect for the healthy competition present in the marketplace. just like the general who won't discuss his war plans in a way that allows his enemy to prepare against him, a growing company does not want to discuss details about its growth strategy for the same line of thinking.

It has been disclosed that drone USA is a manufacturer and reseller of drone parts. Secondly it has been disclosed that there has been prototyping and testing of drone USA products on the other side of the Atlantic in an arrangement with a country that will allow drone USA to test its prototypes in a protected airspace.

With regard to the possibility of further acquisitions and getting lending support for that activity, it appears that the lenders who are presently supporting drone USA are willing to renegotiate terms with the company to make it easier for the company to grow this has been discussed in detail. The company has always has the option to consider increasing their line of credit with their Bank to do an acquisition if they're like, to issue additional stock to exchange for percentage of an ownership in another company, the door is by no means shut on the possibility of acquisitions. As with anything else here it all depends on the terms that can be negotiated but drone USA is not out of the market for buying other supporting businesses. the most important stuff about the company and how well it can grow in the near future is the biggest secret.

For very good reason the details of growth plans are held very very closely and even with a signed non-disclosure agreement in hand I would bet it would still be very difficult to get much inside info as it would be very foolish for the company to let much of that information get leaked in any way. Many people do not regard nda's seriously and they use their inside information to brag, to get attention for themselves, or worse, etc. we all know that human nature can be pretty destructive when selfishness gets involved. A CEO and his investor relations team must be very very cautious about those to whom they disclose information. 10ks require certain things to be sure but they don't mean that you have to pull your pants down and walk down main Street.

Hopefully I have touched on the key points of the questions that were posed. I did take some time to look into it and the information above is a synopsis or a summary of what I found thus far.
