Another way for them to raise capital is to sell restricted stock. Unfortunately for them they are selling their's at .65 which will be restricted for six months after you buy it. And there is a minimum of a $25,000 investment. Being that you can buy it right now for .60 and yesterday for under .50 makes it a ridiculous purchase. I am lucky. The last time I was at their headquarters in SD the stock was trading near a 1.00 and I actually considered it...
