Because OTC Markets is regulated by the SEC-- and OTC Markets has VERIFIED the info on GRDO. And the Transfer Agent that GRDO uses is VERIFIED. And the Transfer Agent is REQUIRED to update OTC Markets with any change--which they have been doing.
