So far, Jan has presented himself to be everything but a smart businessman. He's been taken advantage of by many. Time will tell if it was intentional or not. To me, this whole thing is looking like a clever way to move money around. He intentionally threw away the only sure thing he had going for him. The deal with Huy fong was a once in a lifetime opportunity. Cielo Mar is a pipe dream that will never happen. Banks don't loan millions of dollars to failed developers that are drowning in debt. Especially for a shady project in Mexico. Today's PR was just a pump to sell shares. Same as the previous news since Jan turned to the dark side. This is my opinion about the whole situation at this point. I haven't held shares here for awhile. I'm open to all realistic criticism of this post. Let's have a real conversation. Past achievements and credentials of this company are now irrelevant. We can create awareness and prevent innocent people from losing money here.
