If, whatever the company is, Contel, Shiraka Sauce...whatever, buys this farming land and development outright...I would think a smart businessman would deal himself in on a percentage of profits annually as a part of the deal...just thinkin here...the land is capable of doing much more with much more informed owners for pepper growth...and once developed to be sustainable...this land and part of the project will be something that a large corporation would want to purchase and run in a much more professional and profitable way...just speculation on my part of course but it makes sense...
