JUUL has a world wide customer base

The Sinaloa Cartel would love to sell JUUL-g-

Juul did not need BT

BT needed JUUL

Gottlieb has weasel words in every single sentance he utters.

For instance "Scott Gottlieb said he wouldconsider pulling e-cigarettes.

Not that he would!

I am sick I have left money in XXII for so many years.

Kids do not smoke cigarettes anymore. The FDA has to do nothing and smoking will die out

Vaping is yuge!

It's a losing proposition to keep comparing XXII share price with that of MO. During the past 1 year, XXII has declined by 42% and MO by 37%. These 1 day differences of decline unfortunately do not indicate a trend, so far.

Walking around Manhattan yesterday evening, I was struck by how many stores are selling JUUL and vaping supplies. Unlike for the cigarettes that they sell, there are large signs outside the shops advertising the availability of JUUL and what flavors they carry. In the one place I went in to check out, the vaping wares shelf space was many times bigger than that of the ciggies.

This is getting to be a larger and larger boat to rock. I challenge anyone here to describe the credentials of Dr Gottlieb's that make you believe he is up to this battle. Yes, he survived cancer, but he was also on the board of a vaping company and will need another job when this one is over.

I was irked by how smug our Henry sounded during the most recent CC, when he implied that of course our IP is the Plan B of the tobacco companies. It seems like they had already developed another Plan B. And it remains a mystery why we wait on the FDA and don't bother to try to sell VLN in Asia, or somewhere, in the meanwhile.
