Really ? Too bad so sad that many have not been aware of the shortcomings of the CEO in not moving XXII in other fast paced endeavors. Why would O'HENRY not advance the company in other areas is perplexing.

Maybe the reason for ambulance chasers are out there trolling for XXII perceived inability to move the company in a more positive direction.

And why hasn't anyone been enthusiastic in looking into the company's I/P PORTFOLIO ?

Main point I'm trying to make- it's a fallacy to believe XXII's IP isn't worthy of anything, just because BT appears to be ignoring us, or making other moves, at this time. To use esad's verbiage, I think we're around the 4th inning now.

Again, Aurora seemed to find value in Anandia... a close partner- patents of which we still "own" in the USA. Our value will be recognized soon- I say March. I hope I'm wrong and it's earlier.

Does feel good though that the prices of MO, PM, and BTI continue to drop...
