Do not forget one thing, Billy Carter is a majority share holder, we are
minority share holders. In Corporate America, these two groups of stakeholders do not share the same goal or same interest. Dr. Anthony Cataldo or AJ, knows this subject matter much, much better than me because he holds a PhD and he is an accounting professor, I am just nobody.
