1) no where for investors to get news. 2) something that should have been setup the day the deal closed but dragging feet/laziness with everything is the way everything is run under sonny.

Got through a good amount on the complaint while on the plane. I’ll post some screenshots so others can chime in on what else should be added regarding the secrecy of all of these completed backroom deals. Hopefully everyone can get some answers
