Yet again, you didn't read closely enough. They're projecting 100% recoveries for all creditors, including unsecured:

"General unsecured creditors at the subsidiaries will receive full recoveries in the normal course, under the agreement. "

All remainder proceeds to go existing common $ANWWQ, with an OS of 50M and a float of like 25M.
