the longer WLAN goes without a pop, the closer it becomes to either popping again or doing nothing. WLAN popped in May for no apparent reason, so I don't see why that can't happen again. I'm not telling anybody to do anything, you know better than that...
If you did a little research you would know that Tapia doesn't drive the bus here. Finding out the few that have true control isn't difficult.

I have to ask, why would you be so in to this one stock that you use the profile picture you do? Seems a little extreme.
