Ike, I think you are wasting your time with this question. It is being addressed to the wrong party. NWBO does not police nor enforce insider trading regulations. That is the job of the SEC and law enforcement.
I like your alternate a little better as it allows for a little more wiggle room for discussion. As to the comment by the other poster, I agree NWBO is not the enforcement agent but NWBO has knowledge of what this situation involves including applicable laws. Comment on this situation is warranted as it is extremely important to investor understanding of investment risk, past and present actions being taken and potential rewards from leverage gained during any future or perhaps ongoing negotiations regarding resolution of this matter. I originally wanted the Woodford question asked, then I waffled on it, but I think it would be good to know if they have "evidence" of it, so I'm back to wanting the question to be asked.
Ike, if I were LP I wouldn’t touch that question if for no other reason than it is controversial in nature and a no win position. Not that we shareholders should be kept in the dark, however discretion is the better part of valor, so to speak.
