Yes, and IF ROD does report financials I DOUBT that they will be audited, this is stinky land and if he doesn't have to report HE WON"T

Audited financials will NEVER happen for two very basic reasons!

1. An audit would expose the insiders to the scrutiny of auditors. When misstatements are found, according PCAOB standards, the "misstatements" must be reported in the auditor's opinion letter. There is no way Paul Strickland or any other insiders want this sort of "attention"!

2. SPRV would NEVER fork over the money required to complete an audit!
