Yes, and IF ROD does report financials I DOUBT that they will be audited, this is stinky land and if he doesn't have to report HE WON"T...... The auditor would probably throw ROD and his croonies in jail if he were to audit their financial dealings...

Everything looks good on paper UNTIL he gets audited and then all hell breaks loose...
