Hmm,

Powon Energy at 90 million dollar Market Cap valuation for approx $2 share.

XNRGI - We don't know the true valuation but suspect they want $450 million dollars due to Amobi information. Shareholders reverse split to $2/sh.

Powon appears to be dragging feet to complete their proposed "going private" process.

XNRGI deleted from FINRA but appears to be dragging their feet to complete the share exchange portion of the Corporate action.

Action by both occurring in the Oct 2018/Nov 2018 time frame and neither is complete.

Both have ties to the Oregon Institute of Technology.

Are they working a JV or Merger or buyout by Helios Royal Energy ?

There sure is a lot of coincidence happening here.

I guess we will find out when the delays are ironed out.
