Nope those dates are facts. Dec 3rd is a made up date. NO where does it play into anything other than to cut the time frame by here.

And even the 3rd to the 22nd showed they still didnt file. The BS isnt from here, but from there. Duh. Enjoy the trips wont be leaving anytime soon.

WHo gets denied on the 26th and waits till the 3rd to refile, when they have FDA gurus ready to pounce. That proves more of BIELs incompetence. Thank you for that. They said they were ready immediately to refile. Way before the 22nd govt shutdown. Just more lies and stringing along investors.
