I speak the truth also, and welcome debate, and challenge. I've got 10 years under my belt and can't be fooled into thinking everything is good with evidence to the contrary staring me in the face. I will shake the tree till the fruit falls. Getting in the door is the hardest part, what you do after that is the "key". Just my opinion have a great weekend,
