CATV - Very interesting information here. George has put just enough in his letter to give him plausible deniability just in case he's wrong and someone took him to court over this, i.e. someone that sold based on this letter and then tries to sue him for bad info / intel if he's wrong and this heads back north.

Also of note, interesting timing on the release of the hit piece today. Roughly an hour before the close of two heavy volume days and just before a 3 day market weekend.

It appears to me that it could be someone that it heavily shorting this and sees a disaster on the near horizon if they got wind of news being eminent. Or it could be someone that is shaking the tree wanting to get shares at a lower price.

If our good buddy George is looking out for the best interest of the stock holders, as he advertises, then why put this out today when the pps is clicking .0006 on heavy volume with a run in play? Why didn't he put this news out some time in the past 24 months when the stock was trading at .0001 x .0002 and no one was really paying much attention to it? Why would he put this out when people have been buying 5's and 6's then crash this thing? That's not helping anyone......or maybe he's helping someone that's desperate to cover or to buy more shares on the cheap?

To me, the whole thing smacks of a desperate move by someone to either cover a large short position or to buy more on the cheap as they may have been alerted to potential news coming.

Time will tell.

Good read! And, its a FL corp., George Sharp posted a screenshot from NV SOS. This leads me to believe he knows nothing about CATV.

Ur so right, if the company was sold, whatever debt was owed by third parties had to be paid off or satisfied at closing. Just as selling a house or a commercial building, whenever you sell, all lien holders have to be paid off. The deal cannot close without it happening.

So that brings us to ask the question of, why is Mr. George going out of his way to lie and hurt this stock?
What is his motive?

It's mind boggling to know an executive of a public company to go on Twitter and slander another company. This is very troubling to me. I could never be associated with a company he runs. It's very unprofessional, unethical and deplorable. It shows that he's not fit to run a public company.
