A third party approached him foolishly and asked him what he thought about a company. This company has already been sold to an investment firm legally (confirmed by the old company), not by custodianship, so taking control of it via the court system is not an option. George could not figure this out, so he provided a bunch of public information based on reading through a filing and calling the transfer agent, something that anyone could have done themselves. The problem with doing this is it's all outdated information, and does not matter when it comes to today's CATV.

In my opinion the debt has been satisfied by new investors and is a non issue today. The game has totally changed here, and it appears that we are going to be getting updates very soon regarding how it has changed.
