To use preferred shares for acquisitions RSHN would need to file a change to their articles of incorporation, and have the new preferred shares approved by the state SOS and FINRA.
No such filings have been made so anyone saying deals were paid for with preferred shares is wrong.

I was thinking the same thing about merger with APRU, RSHN, & GRPS!

APRU was a spinoff from Rushnet several years ago.
We shareholders received worthless shares of APRU which are still worthless.
