How does Angelo/Goulding proceed without financial resources? Do you believe we are substantial enough (reputation/presence)to succeed with the exchange of preferred shares to JUMP START this company? POTN was an existing corporation that owned an incredibly successful operating division, Diamond when RG was named as CEO. NOT every successful operating executive is capable of doing a startup!
Also, wouldn't it be far more productive and efficient for the several entities to join together as ONE? Should APRU become the 1st acquisition?
