- adding 6 million of revenue to position

- having our subsidiaries growing organically by 10% (2017 to 2018)

- having all loans short term

- owning companies that been operating for 10 to 25 years

- having less than 8 millions shares of stock outstanding in stead of nearly 300 million (plug)

- being in a hot sector for the next 5 years

- partnered with multiple fortune 1000 companies instead of just two (plug)
