Does SGSI's AWS company have master service contracts that allow them to use the other 3 firms SGSI owns now for contract work through AWS that shows up as their revenue and not AWS?

Are these added firms synergistic to expanding the AWS base territory in other words, and AWS has the ticket to ride with all those master service contracts?

Ding ding ding, maybe that SGSI .10 floor CD loan deal with ICLD for TNS, was a disguised pay off to ICLD for not dumping millions of dollars of shares till Ponder find investors, while adding TNS to the SGSI companies?
