I can see it now. We’re very sorry shareholders. The Canoe carrying the 3 big shipments of patches sank in the Indian Ocean. We lost everything. Andy who was rowing canoe is fine. The same Kelly Whelan that has reaped a boatload of 50% discounted price common stock for the 'family' loans to Bioelectronics??? Thus a horrible deal with dilution resulting in family loans that has destroyed the common stock price for all the OTHER stockholders!

I have read many of her responsive comments to concerned stockholders on their Facebook site and let's just say that she is definitely NO PR person and should stay away from communication with any and all stockholders. Blunt and abrasive to say the least!

Maybe someone should inform the SEC regarding the suspicious behavior exhibited by this company? There is enough information available to formulate a convincing narrative of BIEL's suspicious behavior to possibly pique the SEC's curiosity.
