Have taken into consideration the Legitimacy of the current situation.
Those that bought in well before the pre-petition, well they aren't
going anywhere.
Mercuria isn't selling anything we know that.
Neither is Shah Capital or the other few major hands like the
Aegean advisory group.
So with the minimal amount of volume, i think its just a couple
market maker exchanging hands like its game of tag.
You see the price is still still down low here and hasn't made
a run for it. So its a matter of when this litigation proceeds commences
and ends what Mercuria will be in store for shelling out from that
trust.
Its out of our hands now and for the courts to lay out the final
settlement verdict but it'll be a pretty sweet one for those
that are in at these levels.
