#13426 RE: Jes125 #13424

Has the company canc'd the 75m shares of common stock previously exchanged for the Series A stock per the 8/21/18 agreement, or have they yet to cancel those shares? If not yet, does anyone know when they will?

Clearly, because of the words "...will be cancelled...", though the exchange had already occurred as of the time of the writing of those words, the 75m common shares had not yet been cancelled.

At present, it sounds like said share cancellation either already has occurred, or will at some point occur, and as a result either already has or will decrease the o/s count of SHMP common stock by 75m shares. That would be nice to know.

If it has already been done, no biggie, things remain as they are as we await big news, but if that still has to occur, that would be additional big and positive news to be aware of, a 75m share decrease in the current o/s count. Assuming I am reading this right, of course.

If it has not yet been done, then an immediate bump higher in share price is likely warranted. That might wait until they confirm it's done, but anticipating that it will be done is likely sufficient for at least a good part of that bump, especially for those wanting in at current, lower share prices before said news hits. Thus my interest in this question. GLTA
