it's coming but not until at least 30 days...votes need to be in by 2/22. We don't even know the f'n ratio and nobody knows if Mgt. will release any big news to get PPS up before then?
The activist investor (BOYD) needs to take his 24.2M free trading shares and say F the agreement - and Vote NO.
That would be interesting/ironic - the guy who should be in court being sentenced would be the guy who takes Boyd to court for breach. LOL
