Erm.....ain't 1 going on 2 knee replacements your body's way of telling you not to play soccer anymore? V isn't a 100% cure for DES, at least for me - it improved morning dry eye by 98%, but I still occasionally wake up and need eye drops - dunno what causes that, could be temporary mild dehydration or something else - might be from irritating my eyes the night before. They were a bit dry this morning, and last night I was using my tablesaw and cleaning up some sawdust w/o eye protection - nearly all vacuums have exhaust ports that will blow sawdust around while you're vacuuming a different part of the floor.
