Helios, as 90%+ owner of MoviePass, has, and has had for a year, legal right to force a full merge of MoviePass into Helios. It’s in past SEC filings.

Why has Helios not done this? In particular if it more recently wants to spinoff MoviePass as its own traded company... when Helios does not yet, if ever, own all of MoviePass?
