I would say over the past year the company, their insiders and hedge funds have accumulated 90-95% of the o/s, including Delfin’s 71%.
This stock trades as though the float is under 10Mil. When the super 8k drops, watch how fast this moves! Delfin picked this shell for a reason. TheGlobe.com was the biggest IPO gainer in history and we will surpass that when Delfin goes public thru this reverse merger.
