Please note, the NT219 news didn't include any specifics one could verify and the followup offering came quite promptly with $2 Warrants attached.
The beauty of MBOT was, they could sell w/o any Warrants.

Here those Warrants maybe used as a hedge for the building up short position now, Sabby added ~1M shares again.
This probably takes a while again .. until they are out.

looks like market has credibility issue with them. Stock keeps sinking, no interest in their cancer breakthrough. Something is wrong.
They talk about data but don't give any. Real nice.
