I would say smart move and quick action.
They do not have any funds so raise was coming anyway - due to one day spike they are raising the same money at half the no of shares.

KT-219 is an attractive drug in cancer space - good early target for cancer treatment hungry BP. The MOA is unique and universal so can work on any cancer. - it is similar to LOXO
