The AF rule is still bogus crap, which is not even his because it’s based in the intelligent markets hypothesis, is dated and not relevant enough of a data poll to current companies and their circumstances.
As for the patients, no, that’s not true. The treatment still makes the news, just that they minimize the discussion of the company by convention, and even if they mention the name in the body somewhere, which is nice, if they do that, they definitely do not provide the stock ticker or in any way remind people that it might be publicly traded. So if there is definitive news, you might see stories about “DCVax”, just not a lot of mention of NWBO, at least not until they get back up in an exchange that provides minor protections to the relevant media company’s viewers and readers.
It’s all about not potentially falsely promoting companies that might fail, as investments.
