You can verify this exchange of shares online by referring to Trading and Portfolios > Transaction History. Currently, your account is not reflecting the value of these shares because the shares are being held under their CUSIP number. Once this is merger is completed, the shares will be updated to reflect the trading symbol. At that time, your account will reflect the value of your shares. I apologize for any inconvenience.
