What we know for a fact is that for 2 years they have been presenting data that could not be known w/o access to information on patients being on treatment or control.
In the JTM paper, they attributed this knowledge to looking into shipping records.
Call it what you wish, but the trial is leaking unblended data via the shipping records.
The question is whether or not this is considered a true unblinding with alpha spend being utilized or not. Knowing Linda, she would vociferously argue against this being a true unblinding so as to protect that alpha spend.
