A “large” investor isn’t someone who’s stuck with their retirement money in a penny stock hoping it doesn’t tank before they can sell out.

Also I’d like to add that there are “large” investors (aka they own $100+ million investment companies) who invest in the OTC all the time. Just not with SFOR. And no, handing out convertible notes with horrible terms is not what I’m speaking of. Look around, you’ll run into a few.
