Thought I would take a stroll down memory lane.

I traded stock like these for many years as a broker/financial adviser and see nothing worrisome.

That was January 16, 2019. Yet, on October 19, 2018, VEND filed their 10-K and disclosed that there was an internal investigation and that there were probable securities and other violations. As a self-proclaimed broker/financial adviser, wouldn't that raise red flags? It sure would me for a whole host of reasons, especially when you look at the lack of experience with public companies at the executive level.
