Once you have the screen up on your computer do a Print Screen then start a post and paste.

Google and eBay were there when I first went to the site. Likewise, Yahoo was there too.

Cougar: you need to hold the CTRL key down first and hit "print screen" at the same time. That will produce a copy. Then open a document, Word works fine, and hit "paste", and a copy of the screen will appear.
