RFLMAO There is no 8k indicating that OMHE acquired Entourage Biotech.

Entourage Biotech is likely already owned by Samuels; so, none of the revenues is going to be booked by OMHE.

Either way, minority OMHE shareholders LOSE. If OMHE approves the acquisition of Entourage; which is likely owned by INSIDERS - then INSIDERS WILL GET PAID OUT OF OMHE MINORITY SHAREHOLDERS pockets in one form or another.

If OMHE DOESN"T purchase Entourage, then the INSIDERS who already own entourage will make money from sales of Entourage owned products.

Lose Lose for minority shareholders.

Win-win for InSIDERS/OMHE majority shareholders.
