Invictus MD still has access to the retail distribution fulfillment agreement and can convert the loan to common or preferred stock once/if GTEC hits a target price and date etc. Who knows why, could be anything from too many strong opinions in one room to work as a merger (all the way) to possibly not seeing the advantages of a merger "at this point in time".?
